This is a letter to let you know that some people still care about the customer. I was in the market for a new trailor, the one I had was a far cry from what I needed. After being to several dealers, I came to Gateway RV. Gig Thornburg showed me several models, we chose a 28' Wildcat RK. I could not be more pleased with the trailer. But more than that was the service I got at Gateway RV. His entire staff went far beyond what most people will do. Gateway RV should be commended on having a 1st rate business! - John

We stopped for the night in Elko and noticed our rv roof was coming loose. I want to thank you for fixing it and we were on our way in 30 min. You didn’t over charge us and the repair was great. We will recommend you whenever we get the chance! Thanks Again - Mel

Hello from ‘The Odorless Guy’! I was there about a week before Memorial Day complaining about odors in the motor home while on the road. You told me you had heard this before, and that Thetford aqua-kem dri was alot stronger and should help. YOU WERE RIGHT!!! Im in Wyoming and the “New Stuff” has been working great! I could have spent a lot of money on seals, inspection, new toilet etc. Thanks again for taking the time to explain all that to me!! - Jerry
